Mike Dortch successfully represented Ikon Office Solutions in obtaining a motion to dismiss and in defeating a motion seeking a temporary restraining order to prevent Ikon from consummating its $1.62 billion dollar merger with Ricoh Co. Mike worked closely with co-counsel from Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, and Columbus, and the transaction between Ikon and Ricoh was consummated on-time after approval by shareholders of both companies.
